A servicer that knows your community.
Lafayette Home is a home loan servicer built around the needs of Working-Class homeowners. When you trust us with your home loan, you are working with a servicer that knows your community, understands your needs, and has the tools and relationships to support you throughout the life of your loan.
We do not manage home loans from a distance. We invest in understanding the places where our borrowers live and work, giving us the insight to serve you with accuracy, consistency, and care.
Our team brings decades of senior leadership experience across servicing operations, compliance, and borrower support so when questions arise or circumstances change, you have experienced professionals in your corner.
What sets Lafayette Home apart is how we combine proprietary data intelligence with direct borrower relationships.
We
- manage,
- support,
- stay accountable through the life of the loan.
Lafayette Home is here to service the loan for your most important asset, your home. Servicing means we collect your monthly mortgage payment, manage the escrow account that pays your property taxes and homeowner’s insurance, and maintain a complete and accurate record of your loan. When you have a question about your balance, your escrow account, or your payment history, Lafayette Home is who you call.
But servicing is also about being present when things get complicated. If you experience a financial hardship, Lafayette Home works with you to understand your options and find a path forward. If an error occurs on your account, we resolve it promptly and transparently. If your circumstances change, we are equipped to respond. Reliable, attentive mortgage servicing is not a feature at Lafayette Home.
It is our entire mission.
Service that starts where you live.

Working-Class families deserve a loan servicer as hardworking as they are.
Lafayette Home was founded on a conviction: Working-Class homeowners deserve a servicer with the expertise, technology, and genuine commitment to protect the investment they worked so hard to make.
For too long, outdated technology has created real consequences for real borrowers. Miscommunications, delays, and a servicing experience that left homeowners feeling like account numbers rather than people. Lafayette Home was built to change that.
By combining modern data infrastructure with a relationship-first approach, we are built to ensure that every borrower is known by name, understood in context, and supported with the clarity and consistency their home deserves.
